How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Aura → subscription / paywall → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
How do I delete my account / data?
Email hello@first24.io from the address on your account with subject “Delete my Aura account.” Or contact privacy@first24.io for privacy requests.
Is Aura a medical device?
No. Aura is a consumer product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
